Opening Hours

The Practice Sites are open from 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays

Telephone lines are open Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Any additional closure days will be displayed in advance.

The Practice offers additional appointments outside of the core hours at the GP Hub (based at the City Care Centre PE3 6DB). Appointments at the hub are available between 18:30 – 21:00 Monday to Friday and again 08:30 – 13:00 & 13:30 – 18:30 on Saturday’s, bookable through the GP Practice reception.

When contacting the Practice, you will firstly be given a choice of site options:

Option 1: Nene Valley site
Option 2: Hodgson site

You will then be offered some choices to direct your call. You will need to listen to all of these options before making your choice. **Please note that we no longer routinely book appointments by telephone** Instead, select ‘Submit New Request’ on the homepage of the website for both medical and admin requests. You won’t require a username or password to use this service and you can submit a request form for yourself, or on behalf of another patient. If you are unable to access the internet at the time of you needing to make a request, a Care Navigator can help you on the telephone or at the front desk once you have selected the appropriate option:

Option 1: Emergency line for doctors, nurses and paramedics: 08:00 – 18:00
Option 2: Request and appointment with the Clinical Team: 08:30 – 12:30 & 14:00 – 17:30
Option 3: Request nursing appointments, results and enquiries: 09:30 – 14:00 & 15:00 – 18:00
