When booking an appointment online, it may say 00:01, 00:02, 00:03 etc. This is not the time that the clinician will call you, but the position of the call you have booked e.g. 00:01 will be call 1. We do, however, prioritise any urgent calls first, but your booked appointments are usually done in the morning. If you have a preferred time frame for your call back, you can add this information in to the text box at the time of booking.
Please also remember to cancel an online booking if you no longer need it to allow others to use that appointment. Thank you.
