Other services, such as NHS111, may have alternative availability if your query cannot wait until the practice is open. Please note that your clinician can be based at either Nene Valley or Hodgson site, even if this isn’t your ‘usual branch’:
You may be asked to describe or discuss your symptoms online or over the telephone before seeing your clinician. This is to ensure the clinician can understand and create a treatment plan for you and to save you a visit to the practice if one isn’t required.
