To select your practice site, press 1 for Nene Valley or 2 for Hodgson.
After this, you will be presented with 3 options:
Option 1: Emergency Line. This is for medical professionals such as paramedics and medical emergencies. This line is open from 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
Option 2: Appointment Line. For an on-the-day appointment with a member of the clinical team. This line is open from 08:30 – 12:30 & 14:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
Option 3: Enquiries and Nurse appointment Line. This line is open 09:30 – 14:00 & 15:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
